These terms apply to redwhitepodcast.com, the Red & White Podcast newsletter, memberships, the #PodChat community, and the Red & White Recap Bot, operated by Evan Roberts ("we", "us"). By using them you agree to these terms.
The content
The Red & White Podcast is an independent fan publication about NC State athletics. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by NC State University or its athletics department. Episodes, articles, and recaps are opinion and commentary. We try to be accurate but make no guarantee about scores, stats, or other facts.
Podcast audio, video, articles, and site design belong to the Red & White Podcast. You're welcome to share links and short quotes with credit. Don't republish full episodes or articles without permission.
Community recaps
Game recaps are written from discussion in #PodChat. By posting in a game channel, you allow us to quote your messages in published recaps and related social posts. Quotes are anonymous unless you choose to be credited. Memes and images you post may appear on the recap page; they are not reposted to our social accounts without your permission. Ask us anytime to remove a quote.
Memberships
Memberships are billed through Stripe at the price shown on the membership page and renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through the customer portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. We don't offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law. We may change prices with advance notice by email.
Conduct
Be decent in #PodChat and anywhere we host conversation. We can remove content or access for harassment, spam, threats, or illegal activity.
Third-party services
The site embeds and links to services such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Stripe, and Kit. Their own terms apply when you use them. YouTube features are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
No warranty and limits of liability
Everything is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
Changes and contact
